You have indicated that this is your first time attending an in-person ACL conference. In order to assist us in pairing you up with a conference welcomer, please answer the following questions.
NOTE: Please note as a Special Need if you need ground floor access or to be close to an elevator due to inability to climb stairs.
Registration will close May 5, 2023. The conference will begin on Monday, June 5 with on-site registration and Food Truck dinner on the grounds, and conclude late afternoon on Thursday, June 8.
The ON-CAMPUS PACKAGE (Single Occupancy or Double Occupancy) includes registration fee, three nights of dorm accommodations (Monday night, Tuesday night, and Wednesday night), linens (blanket, two flat sheets, pillowcase, two towels, and one washcloth), meals, President's Banquet at Young's Jersey Dairy, and breaks. Meals begin with Tuesday breakfast and conclude with Thursday lunch.
The OFF-CAMPUS PACKAGE includes registration fee, lunches, dinners, and breaks. (Breakfast and lodging are not a part of this package.)
Single Day Registration includes meetings & presentations, lunch, and breaks for selected day(s) only. Those who choose this option must register separately for dinners and on-campus lodging if desired.
Extra Night(s) or Single Day Lodging (per person, per day — indicate number per day). Please note: on-campus lodging is available only on the night(s) listed below. Check-in begins at 3 pm Monday. There will be a one-time linen package fee of $17.00.
NOTE: To register a guest for lodging and meals, please use the Guest registration form found on the conference website when you have completed this registration.
Pillows are not included in the linen package. You can either bring a pillow or ACL can provide one for $3.00.
